Article 1 – Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to terminate the agreement without providing any reason within 14 days. This reflection period starts the day after the consumer, or a representative designated by the consumer and communicated to the entrepreneur, receives the product.
During the reflection period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care. The consumer will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine if they wish to keep the product. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the product, including all delivered accessories, and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, following the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they are required to notify the entrepreneur within 14 days after receiving the product. The consumer must notify the entrepreneur by using the contact form found on the contact page. The entrepreneur will provide the consumer with a return label via email. The consumer shall then return the product within the next 14 days. The consumer must provide proof that the goods have been returned on time, for example by means of a shipping receipt.
If the consumer has not expressed their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal after the periods mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3, or if the product has not been returned to the entrepreneur, the purchase becomes final.
Article 2 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If you choose to withdraw from your purchase, the return shipping costs will be charged to you, the consumer. Any additional fees or deductions (if applicable) will also be communicated prior to processing the refund..
Article 3 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur can exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products as described in paragraphs 2 and 3. For example: if the returned items are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging.
Article 4 - Damaged upon delivery or delay
If you receive damaged products upon delivery or if your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact us within 3 days by filling in our contact form in the contact page. The entrepreneur is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered, but we will provide tracking details for your investigation.Return Address
If you have purchased a product that you wish to return, you may need to send it back to the warehouse in China. To return the product, you must contact the seller and request a return address in China. Once you have received the return address, you can carefully package the product and send it to the provided address. Make sure to protect the product well during transport and choose a traceable shipping method so that you can track when the package is delivered.
When the product has arrived at the warehouse in China, the seller will inspect it to determine if it is in good condition and meets the return conditions. If these conditions are met, the seller will proceed with the refund of the purchase amount. Please note that it may take some time before you receive your money back, depending on the seller's processing time and the bank.
